Matthew is a specialist in Risk Management and Compliance with extensive, hands-on experience across all facets of financial planning. He has held senior roles managing risk and compliance in financial services institutions, run AFSLs as Responsible Manager, and has previous experience as a financial adviser — giving him a uniquely well-rounded perspective.
Matthew’s focus is on identifying process improvements that embed compliance naturally into day-to-day operations, and communicating effectively with all levels of a practice — from front-line advisers to boards and senior management.
Gregg Charles
Compliance Coach
Gregg brings extensive experience in Compliance, Dispute Resolution, and Training with a long history in the financial services industry. He is skilled in coaching advisers, retirement planning, investment advisory, estate planning, and practice management.
Gregg’s strength lies in helping practices navigate complaints and dispute resolution, and in designing and delivering training programs that genuinely improve compliance culture — not just tick boxes.
